Vegan Buttermilk

Ingredients
- 1 Tablespoon Fresh Lemon or 1/2 a Lemon
- 1 Cup Almond Milk or A2 Milk
Instructions
- Squeeze half a Lemon, which will make roughly 1 Tablespoon (15ml) of Lemon Juice (if it makes a little more that's fine you can use it all)1 Tablespoon Fresh Lemon or 1/2 a Lemon
- Pour the Lemon Juice into a Measuring Jug1 Tablespoon Fresh Lemon or 1/2 a Lemon
- Add Almond Milk or A2 Milk up to the 1 Cup line.1 Cup Almond Milk or A2 Milk
- Allow to sit for a minute.
- It will thicken and curdle.
- Voila!
- Your Vegan Buttermilk is ready to go !
- You may also use 2 Tablespoons of Apple Cider Vinegar and 3/4 Cup Milk 🙂
