Vegan Buttermilk

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Tablespoon Fresh Lemon or 1/2 a Lemon
  • 1 Cup Almond Milk or A2 Milk

Instructions
 

  • Squeeze half a Lemon, which will make roughly 1 Tablespoon (15ml) of Lemon Juice (if it makes a little more that's fine you can use it all)
    1 Tablespoon Fresh Lemon or 1/2 a Lemon
  • Pour the Lemon Juice into a Measuring Jug
    1 Tablespoon Fresh Lemon or 1/2 a Lemon
  • Add Almond Milk or A2 Milk up to the 1 Cup line.
    1 Cup Almond Milk or A2 Milk
  • Allow to sit for a minute.
  • It will thicken and curdle.
  • Voila!
  • Your Vegan Buttermilk is ready to go !
  • You may also use 2 Tablespoons of Apple Cider Vinegar and 3/4 Cup Milk :)
