Squeeze half a Lemon, which will make roughly 1 Tablespoon (15ml) of Lemon Juice (if it makes a little more that's fine you can use it all)
1 Tablespoon Fresh Lemon or 1/2 a Lemon
Pour the Lemon Juice into a Measuring Jug
1 Tablespoon Fresh Lemon or 1/2 a Lemon
Add Almond Milk or A2 Milk up to the 1 Cup line.
1 Cup Almond Milk or A2 Milk
Allow to sit for a minute.
It will thicken and curdle.
Voila!
Your Vegan Buttermilk is ready to go !
You may also use 2 Tablespoons of Apple Cider Vinegar and 3/4 Cup Milk :)
