When I started my journey in 2018 with LT360 I have tried to walk with not much success :(. When I started Ballroom Dancing with Doug had no idea how much energy and strength and balance was needed . After 4 years tis FUN :). Along the way have had injuries . Going through PT has strengthened me ! When I stared walking 1 year and 3/4 ago I was not getting anywhere fast . I do recommend starting slow and listening to your body sooo there is not injury ! Last week in mid February 2020 I am walking 3 miles an hour :). I also do resistance bands .
