  • 2 ounces Carrots
  • 7 shakes Hemp Seed Meal
  • 10` shakes Flax Seed Meal
  • .5 Tablespoon Sunflower Seeds
  • .5 Tablespoon Pumpkin Seeds
  • .25 Tablespoon Sesame Seeds
  • .25 teaspoon Chia Seeds
  • 1 Tablespoon Dried Cherries
  • 1 Tablespoon Nutritional Yeast
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Tablespoon Dressing
  • 1 sheet Dried Kelp Seaweed
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried or fresh Lion's Mane Mushrooms
  • Turmeric

Greens

  • 1.98 ounces greens
  • Arugula
  • Lettuce

Additional greens depending on season

  • Micro Greens
  • Kale
  • Bok Choy
  • Beet Leaves
  • Sweet Potato Leaves
  • Swiss Chard
  • Parsley
