Keep trying to eat clean :). First part of the year was buying a house/Gracie and moving :). Second part of the year was dealing with a fall . On July 8th I fell of the Kitchen Counter . Wound up with 6 stitches over my eye, a fractured shoulder, a torn Bicep, a torn Rotator Cuff and all the other un happy parts 🙃. Started PT at TOA 🙂 Dr. said, had to have surgery ! Don’t remember when we ran into Dr. Jen at the Hamery . She said, that she would help with PT 🙂 Surgery was 50 – 50 . I kept improving and Thankful !
