- 10` shakes Flax Seed Meal
- .5 Tablespoon Sunflower Seeds
- .5 Tablespoon Pumpkin Seeds
- .25 Tablespoon Sesame Seeds
- .25 teaspoon Chia Seeds
- 1 Tablespoon Dried Cherries
- 1 Tablespoon Nutritional Yeast
- 1 Egg
- 1 Tablespoon Dressing
- 1 sheet Dried Kelp Seaweed
- 1/4 teaspoon dried or fresh Lion's Mane Mushrooms
- Turmeric
Greens
- 1.98 ounces greens
- Arugula
- Lettuce
Additional greens depending on season
- Micro Greens
- Kale
- Bok Choy
