Ingredients
- 1.25 Cups Almond Flour
- 1 Egg
- 1/3 Cup grated Apple or Carrots
- 1/2 Cup Cranberries or Raisins or fFgs
- 1/2 Cup chopped Walnuts
- 1/4 Cup Honey
- 1/3 Cup Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon Nutmeg
- 1/8 teaspoon Salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 Degrees F.
- Combine all ingredients in a Large Bowl. Mix well until Batter is blended evenly.
- Use a Tablespoon to portion Batter onto a greased Baking Sheet.
- Bake Cookies for approximately 16 minutes.
- Remove Cookies from Baking Sheet and allow to cool on wire rack before serving.
