Ingredients
  

  • 1.25 Cups Almond Flour
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/3 Cup grated Apple or Carrots
  • 1/2 Cup Cranberries or Raisins or fFgs
  • 1/2 Cup chopped Walnuts
  • 1/4 Cup Honey
  • 1/3 Cup Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 1/8 teaspoon Salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 Degrees F.
  • Combine all ingredients in a Large Bowl. Mix well until Batter is blended evenly.
  • Use a Tablespoon to portion Batter onto a greased Baking Sheet.
  • Bake Cookies for approximately 16 minutes.
  • Remove Cookies from Baking Sheet and allow to cool on wire rack before serving.
