Heat the Oil in a 3-quart Saucepan over medium to medium-heat. Add the Onion and cook until but not starting to brown, stirring occasionally
1 Tablespoon Coconut, Avocado, or Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 small thinly sliced Onion
Add the Chicken Bone Broth, Oil, Soy Sauce or Coconut Aminos, Black Pepper, and bring up to a simmer.
2 1/2 Cups Unsalted Chicken Bone Broth, 1 teaspoon Oil, 1 teaspoon Soy Sauce or Coconut Aminos, 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
Slowly add the Large beaten Eggs while stirring with a Wooden Spoon.
4 Large Eggs, beaten
Transfer two Serving Bowls and top each with Scallion, serve
1 medium Scallon Green Onion thinly sliced.
