If you do not have Bakers Chocolate (30-50% fFt) around . Mix Cacao Powder -(14% Fat) with Cacao Butter (100% Fat:) Sooo for 10 ounces mix 6 ounces of Cacao Powder with 4 ounces of Cacao Butter :)
